What you'll do
- Own your section of the floor — its customers, its products, and its numbers.
- Greet every walk-in and turn browsers into buyers with honest advice.
- Run product demos and keep your displays selling, not just standing.
- Hit weekly targets and share what's working with the team.
What we're looking for
- Retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience (we train the rest).
- Comfortable with commission — you'd rather be paid for results.
- Reliable, coachable, and good with people on their worst days.
